Benton has just celebrated his eleventh birthday, July 1st 2016. It was a big day, because he got to enjoy a swim, some treats, and giving lots of kisses. We expect Brenton's birthday was much better this year than he's had in a very long time. You see, this sweet Lab has spent most of his life outdoors, excluded from the love and companionship that an indoor dog enjoys. Through all it, he's kept that wonderful, loving Labrador temperament. We've completed his wellness exam and a complete blood panel. The doctor reports that Benton is a healthy eleven year old. Benton will do best in a home with lots of love and companionship. He needs his people to be with him. He's great with all dogs - big and small. He's also good with kitties and chickens. We're working on Benton's leash manners - he enjoys a nice walk and we want his humans to do so as well. Benton certainly deserves a better life.
